Ingredients: 12 Eggs, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1 cup grated cheese, ½ cup finely chopped cooked bacon or finely chopped cooked sausage and ½ cup diced bell peppers.
Instructions: Mix it all together! Pour in greased muffin tins and bake! 175°C fan oven temp for 20 mins.
Creamy and very satisfying option, a perfect way to start the morning.
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract. Add some nuts or berries for added sweetness.
Instructions: Combine chia seeds, almond milk and vanilla. Stir well.
Cover the mixture and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight in the fridge, allowing the seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into pudding. Once thickened add berries, shredded coconut or a few nuts.
These are great to customise! Experiment with your fav keto friendly salad ingredients. Here's one for you to start with
Ingredients: Layer grilled chicken, leafy greens, cucumber, shredded cheese and keto friendly salad dressing at the bottom.
Tip: Keep the dressing separate to avoid sogginess.
A fav with myself! Add deli meat, avocado and cheese for a quick and very easy lunch!
Have a boiled egg and a handful of nuts on the side.
Roast protein such as chicken, salmon, pork chops with a bunch of low carb veggies like asparagus, brussels sprouts, green bean and I would bake with olive oil/ butter and salt and pepper! YUM!
Cook on 200oc for 20-25 mins! Easy! And hardly any washing up.
Ingredients: 2 cups of cooked chicken, 2 cups of steamed broccoli, ½ cup of cream, ¼ cup of soft cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Instructions: Mix all these ingredients and pour into a greased dish. Place in a 190oc oven for 25-30 mins.
