3 x Keto Keto Chocolate Hazelnut Bars
100g ground almonds or almond flour
40g sweetener (erythritol)
30g cocoa powder
2 eggs
3 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50g dark chocolate, chopped (or dark chocolate chips)
Place the Keto bars in a food processor and pulse to break down.
Add in the almond flour/ground almonds, sweetener, cocoa powder, eggs, oil or butter and vanilla then pulse again until a dough forms. Stir in the dark chocolate.
Divide the mixture into 8 or 9 pieces and roll into balls to flatten and place on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Bake at 180C for 10-12 minutes until firmed up and golden. Leave to cool for 20 minutes to firm then enjoy!
