We all love a brownie, especially a Keto one! Make the most of your Cocoa Hazelnut KetoKeto bars with this super easy, simple recipe. So easy in fact it only has two steps.
- 4 x KetoKeto Cocoa Hazelnut Bars
- 50g almond flour
- 50g erythritol
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50g dark chocolate chips
- Blend the bars, almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, egg and vanilla until a thick mixture forms.
- Divide between 4 ramekin dishes to fill them to the top. Sprinkle over chocolate chips over each, then bake at 180C for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold!
