Showing our Lemon & Poppy Seed KetoKeto Bars some more love this week with another tasty recipe. Only 12 minutes in the oven and super tasty when warm!
- 2 x KetoKeto Lemon Poppyseed Bars
- 75g almond flour
- 50g erythritol*
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend the bars, almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, melted oil and vanilla until the mixture has broken down and comes together.
Divide into 12 pieces, roll into balls then flatten with the palm of your hands.
Place each cookie onto a lined baking tray and bake at 170C for 12 minutes until golden. Leave to cool and firm up - then enjoy.
