Burgers are for the keto lovers too! And don't miss out this summer either - the classic burger is an all time BBQ favourite. All we have to do is skip the bun, all the yummy goodness is in the meat anyway. Stacking up these great tasting patties and sandwhiching them in some fresh lettuce leaves might even be better than the classic assembly that usually leaves you feeling heavy from those carbs.

Ingredients:
- 300g minced beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper
To serve -
- Fried onion slices
- Tomato, sliced
- Cheddar cheese, sliced
- Romaine lettuce leaves

Make them!
- Mix together the beef, garlic, paprika, parsley and seasoning in a bowl with a spoon or your hands then roll into balls and flatten well with the palm of your hands.
- Either fry the burgers on either side for 4-5 minutes in a frying pan, or air fry them for 7 minutes until cooked through. Add a slice of cheese on each and grill until melted.
- Once ready, place a burger on top of a lettuce leaf, top with a burger, tomato and fried onions - and another leaf if you wish. Add some mayo if you want - then enjoy.
